Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

Up to €25 order value: €6 shipping
From €25 order value: free shipping
Deliveries abroad:

€31 flat rate to all EU countries
€41 flat rate to Switzerland


For payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the contract is concluded.

For delivery to foreign islands, an island surcharge of €150.00 is added to the shipping costs. 

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1–4 days, and for international deliveries within 3–9 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount for payment on account is due within 7 days.

For payment by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
